1. Payment conditions

  • A deposit payment of Euro 100,- which is part of the price of the course, must be paid at Alinguas, Stadtsparkasse München. Please indicate the name of the participant and dates of the course.
  • If you also book accommodation, please transfer 100,- for the room.
  • If you need the confirmation for Visa, Euro 500,- must be transferred. The total price is to be paid at the latest 2 weeks before starting the course. Your place will be reserved for you once the full payment is received.

2. Cancellation

  • The cancellation must be made in written form. The date of receipt of your cancellation letter is decisive for cancellation fee: cancellation up to 31 days before the course starts: Euro 100,-. Cancellation up to 15 days before the beginning of the course: 30 % of the invoiced amount. Cancellation from the 14th day before the beginning of the course: 50 % of the invoiced amount.
  • Cancellation of accommodation in host until the 30th day before starting accomodation will be charged by Euro 100,-. From the 29th to the 7th day before posting date 15 % will be charged, afterwords 50 % of the transaction amount.
  • Delaying the beginning of the course (notification no later than two weeks before the original starting date) to a later date will be charged by Euro 60,-.

3. Prearrangement for travel and residence

  • The student must provide formalities regarding his inscription and stay.
  • The student is responsible for completing a health, accident or liability insurance if required. You can get the health insurance here.
  • We recommend an insurance for reimbursement of travelling expenses.

4. Timetable / Holiday

  • Course hours could be reduced by 1 hour, if there are less than 6 persons in a course/group. If a class is missed, you loose the lesson.
  • No class will be held on official holidays, nor will it be replaced at another time.
  • The course participant is responsible for his or her own health, accident and liability insurance.

5. Benefits

  • Prices of course and accomodation are published on our website.
  • The school reserves the right to change course programs and prices for their services.

6. Recognition

  • With the registration the participants recognize the "general terms".
